buying bastille the best pieces are chest/pants/boots/gloves. they have higher base stats then purple and biggest values from the 6 pieces. so it scales better.
id advice to not waste starchom on bastille..sniper builds are fun and all but for harder content not really useable especially at bosses that dont have weakspots available all the time or very hard to hit reliably weakspots or other mechanics which is the case often times
for the boots you might wanna look for : "secluded strike - violent" Having no enemies within 7 m around you grants you 12% weapon and status dmg. and thats the epic one, havent found the legendary yet. but i have also crit and weapon dmg as the mods extras-bit lucky i guess.

Be warned: crit damage does not multiply weakspot damage, they merely stack additive. Since you already get large weakspot bonusses, crit modifiers are very weak on this build. Build it for weakspot damage, weapon damage and attack instead. Vulnerability (from bullseye) also stacks additively, and is therefore less important on this build. This means that Scout or Survivor set are better than falcon set
Crit on Fortress Warfare build is not ideal, it doesnt benefit off crit like shapnel and unstable bomb, so going all out on crit rate would waste damage potential, and not enough crit rate would make dps inconsistent. Use cowboy boots(8000 starchrom) for another another 25% atk when primed for 3s, and a two piece scout set, or medic set if you are good on starchrom for another 8% or 10% weapon damage. Buy the mod that increase 10% atk during Fortress Warefare from the jellyfish lady at camp, use the mod that return 2 ammo on kill(leg mod) for unlimited clip and 10% more damage, and the rest use weakpot damage or weapon damage.

There are no mentions about any prequisite conditions even though it's classified as a Bounce mod. Description: "When a bullet hits an enemy above 50% HP, the bullet's final damage +40%." --> How I interpret it, this mean a blunt +40% to total damage of the shot while target is above 50% HP.
Pair it with the recurve crossbow, hitting a weak spot grants +30% crit rate with any weapon, the old huntsman boots: After triggering bulls eye weakspot damage increased by +30%, cradle buff: while in fortress warfare increase weakspot damage by 40% and damage to bulls eye by 20%, adding the mod recover mark, heals you for 15% and 25% stamina recovery when killing enemy that is makred
Theres a mask mod called light canon that removes the super armor from fortress warfare but it gives you more dmg. Also cowboy boots is really good. I dont have the boots and already hit bosses for 40k+ weakspot
Secluded Strike mod for Boots is what I went for, "Having no enemies within 7 meters around you grants +15% Weapon and Status DMG." Maybe not good for solo dungeons, but elsewhere it's great if you're already making use of Unstoppable mod.
I've used that sniper weapon and put together a healing warfare kind of build, and cruts were hitting for 28k. I need to try this build and see if I can get a 100k crit.
If you play in a group and don't need the aggro from the canine, I suggest the butterfly for weak spot dmg increase. (if activity is going to have a weak spot of course)
When you said for the mask you couldn’t find anything.. you run targeted strike! You use the purple crossbow to mark your target then switch to your sniper so that you get the bonus crit rate and crit dmg.
probably dont work because you need to be scoped atleast 3 seconds for the Bastille effect to stack 3 times.. if the Mark effect will applied for about 5 sec it could work
Until you can get 3 pieces of bastille, I would use the Leather Boots key armor, 8% bonus melee, weapon, status DMG. And another 8% to those damages when HP is over 90% (and since we play with the sniper we have almost guaranteed 90% HP unless in polluted areas). The key effect is 2.5% HP recovery in fortress warfare mode (the thing you get from ads with the sniper), increases to 5% when HP drops below 50%.
Its does tell you whats so heavy. Just look at each item, and at the top it shows the weight icon and how much that item is weighing you down, EX: all Waters are .1 x 100 = 10.000, so very heavy. Ore is another biggy, EX: Copper is .020 x 1000 = 20.000, Ingots are same but we usually don't carry 1000. Bullets are only .001, so a crate of 1000 weighs 1.000.gas is .o1 but jugs are 100 items at most so it = 1,o. In short, Water & Ore are the killers!

Don’t waste blueprint fragments upgrading a mask unless you have an abundance of them. The mask should always be the last one you upgrade. It has the lowest HP out of all armor parts and upgrading it raises the HP by 5%. So you’re upgrading 5% of say 300HP. Vs 5% of say 1000HP from a part like helmet or boots
I’m trying my best to get the Bastille Build right now You should also get the Tactical Combat Boots Key Item With the Bastille set you can literally just stand and shoot without reloading at all 3s to proc FW FW stays for 5s Cooldown 10s just spam your bullets and keep aiming then bam

I personally run 3 pieces of bastile, two pieces of falcon for the reload bonus, and my last piece for boots being the leather frag for it's incredible synergy with the fort buff. The health sustain procing from the fortress buff is crazy. 2.5% above 50% hp per second is wild. I can''t stress how incredibly useful those boots are for any build.
I just got the SR Mag. There was no blinking light and nothing showed up. What I found was a big pointed rock with purple veins that you have to blow up. The loot chest was in it.
I was already halfway there but using Agent set for the other parts (10% weakspot then a stacking 15% for * seconds on headshot kill for a potential additional 55%. Just have to drop ads in a boss fight to get the stacks back), I didn't even *know* about the Bastille set! :O I only came to the conclusion earlier today that suppressed was all well and good but the AI doesn't really pay much attention to it anyway so why bother? Now I just need to save up enough Starchrom to buy the Bastille pieces I need as I already have the Falcon ones on and calibrated.

@@森森-g3o feels like the gold is better for mobbing - where you are going around, killing a bunch of enemies and some elites. The purple is better for the higher damage numbers, but as you have to stop moving for a couple seconds slows down mobbing quite a lot. Just my personal input on them so far

The gold one are for more mobility & kitting , the purple one you have to crouch & stop being mobile but it does more damage , the damage depend on the gear etc... but one important thing to note, that normal Site or boss or whatever are easy to kill , now that this week they added Hard difficulty , the solo run is more challenging and demand more mobility + event are different from the boss
I am curious, do the buffs trigger if you aim over the shoulder or do you have to look trough the scope to trigger them? I rarely actually ADS unless something is really far away.
Instead of Falcon 3 Set, you should get the Boots with Weakspot on Target Monsters and BINGO. 100% Weakspot Damage, no need for Crit Mods or anything like that. I am dealing up to 60k atm, with the 3 Set +40% means roughly 80-90k every bullet.
im using 3 falcon set. 2 lone wolf and 1 frost tactical (top) .. for weapons smg and akm with froze vortex .. stats focus on crit chance and crit build to proc froze .. and its actually good.
hey you made a mistake right at the beginning with the 25% weakspot dammage thing its 25% per stack and 1% of that stack is reduced each shot. when you go into the character screen it shows its buff as a 75% bonus. making its base bonuses with effects 50% dammage boost and 75% weakspot making it more powerful then the bingo buffs
@@ItzMeNasty well i don't know that but there is a mask perk that adds 50% final damage (believe its after all other bonuses added together.) if enemy is over 50% hp to every bullet. you can get it from hard silo ex.
Try changing weapon damage for weakspot damage, its so much better. Im running the same build but running scout gear with the bastielle. There is a mod for bastielle 4 pieces that you no longer get armor but damage instead 25%. Good video.
jellyfish girl sells the mod light cannon violence for mask and give you extra 15% attack while in fortress warfare at the cost of no super armor i run bastille set with renegade set so i focus weapon damage and weakpoint damage 3 set bonus on each
Question, how do I know what is 20m away in the game? I have no idea how to measure that to test it. One of the other mods for bottoms is the bullet siphon. No conditions on it. As a sniper, it shouldn't be hard to be 20m away, I get that, but there are times enemies creep up on you, or your doing a brewery defense and they can start to overwhelm you/your deviant close by.
Use the mushroom snow vortex deviant. You can lock down bosses/encounters with it's massive aoe, and it's damage is very good. It's become my #1 choice over wolves.

Great guide there one inaccuracy. Silos have a droplist which is available online. UNSTOPPABLE drops from PSI not Theta.

Depends on your weapon for straight DMG boost it is simply Mr wish or the shadow hound

Try changing weapon damage for weakspot damage, its so much better.
Im running the same build but running scout gear with the bastielle.
There is a mod for bastielle 4 pieces that you no longer get armor but damage instead 25%.

jellyfish girl sells the mod light cannon violence for mask and give you extra 15% attack while in fortress warfare at the cost of no super armor
i run bastille set with renegade set so i focus weapon damage and weakpoint damage 3 set bonus on each
Question, how do I know what is 20m away in the game? I have no idea how to measure that to test it. One of the other mods for bottoms is the bullet siphon. No conditions on it. As a sniper, it shouldn't be hard to be 20m away, I get that, but there are times enemies creep up on you, or your doing a brewery defense and they can start to overwhelm you/your deviant close by.
where you farm Munitions Amplifier for Mask and boots? i try all dungeons, maybe 150-200 weapon,gear crate and zero drop :D

Use the mushroom snow vortex deviant. You can lock down bosses/encounters with it's massive aoe, and it's damage is very good. It's become my #1 choice over wolves.
What is exact name of the deviant and location to grab it PLZ and TY?
@@SteveK6470 Maybe they mean the Polar Jelly? It kinda looks like a white glowy mushroom. You get it from the Cargo truck event.
