No I haven't... But if you want I can let you know the names of colours used...

For background wall... , titanium white, burnt umber, burnt sienna,
for the window pane... Black Sap green, ultramarine, and white..
For Window frame... burnt umber, black and white
For the leaves.... Sap green +black, brilliant yellow green
For flowers... Magenta +white
For flower pots.... Burnt sienna +little bit of white and black for shading
For Window grill.... Black and white

Yes... By mixing sap green and lemon yellow... U can get the same result almost... A bit of white can also be added if needed...
