Trotter and BDawk were my favorite players in that era. I wore that reebok #54 Trotter jersey every week. What a hard working down to earth tough football player. He was bad ass on Sundays. I hope he's been able to instill some of that into Jr. I'm excited to see this thing play out. What a great story after a great offseason for the Birds.
What cool connections here: Dawkins played at Clemson, Trotter Jr as well, and now with the Eagles like his dad. So many "the circle is complete" moments.

Having vets like Fletcher & Jason play their entire, long, Pro-Bowl laced careers in the city speaks volumes. A lot of pressure now falls on the coaches, especially the new ones to realize the teams full potential.
