Seahawks never rebuild. They just reload. Both O and D lines are much better this year. They should end up anywhere from 9-8 to 11-6 this year.

2-2 not 1-3, since you say Seahawks will beat Denver and Detroit and lose to New England and Miami. Personally, I think they can beat New England with their rookie qb, and either Miami or Detroit. So, I am thinking they will go 3-1. With luck, 4-0.
