Thank you. Magnificent, always beautiful and didactic. Good job.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏆
Love the insightful, succinct, and understable overview of the opera this video gives -- but please, *please* have a real person recite the narration! You lose serious points when "Polish" (as in, how a person of from Poland is referred to) is pronounced the same as "polish" -- as in, "I *polish* my hardwood sideboard once a month." I'd be happy to help narrate -- especially to make sure the beautiful art form that is opera doesn't suffer any more pittiful errors in its telling.
I'm still wondering if Boris really murdered the "true" successor to the thrown or that idea was just invented by his enemies. I was hoping that the "real story" would not be the "real story" but it was just as it was in the opera. I have a book here "The Course of Russian History" which seems to indicate that Boris was an effective administrator and did not kill any babies. Any experts out there who can help?
