      Our pleasure! Whenever we review helmets, we always do our best to bring the facts, which also serves as the underpinning for our data driven helmet road tests. If you're curious we've also featured tested the i70, and our data can be found here: ua-cam.com/video/dQcjBj8ib1g/v-deo.html

    Сними видео разбора для ремонта! Спасибо

      While the quick release visor mechanism of the i70 is offered in both European and US versions of the helmet, it's correct that the chin strap closures are different depending on the region the helmet is meant for (the US version uses a double D-ring and the Europea uses a micro-ratchet). @@Championhelmets I would ask the same. I have a Versys 650, so I don't drive so fast, but the wind noise is very annoying by my current helmet (and 183 cm). Can you suggest better helmet, than Fg-st on similar price? (AGV K5s, X lite 702 Gt (yes, it's a little bit more expensive, but I could buy one very cheap, last piece... ), Nolan n87, Scorpion exo 710 air maybe?) I need sunvisor, comfortable, quiet helmet. @@rotjob1989 Though we haven't had a chance to road test all these helmets just yet, so we don't have decibel and wind speed readings, we have done the Nolan N87. We foundthe N87 did very well for comfort and for noise isolation. It also did have a sunvisor that was notched, so you can adjust it however you need , though the lever is a bit on the small side. If you're looking for even more comfort, then the new N87 Plus will also be available in a few months with a new, adjustable interior and with emergency quick release. Hopefully, this helps a bit, but if you have more questions, we'll be happy to help!

    Hi Champions, please help me decide between hjc i70 vs agv k1 and k3?which one is more comfortable and safe?thanks!

    • @Championhelmets
      @Championhelmets  4 роки тому +1

      Hi Ron, as far as comfort and safety, we'd go with the AGV K3-SV. Though the K1 has not been rated by SHARP yet, both the K3-SV and the HJC i70 earned 4/5 stars for their impact performance. As far as comfort, when we took the K3-SV out on our road test we found it earned 3.5 stars while the HJC i70, due to a very tight fit earned 1.5.
      You can also see how the K3 SV (ua-cam.com/video/7VZzug0CJPM/v-deo.html) and the I70 (ua-cam.com/video/dQcjBj8ib1g/v-deo.html) performed for other aspects such as noise and ventilation in our road test as well. Thanks for the question!

    • @Championhelmets
      @Championhelmets  5 років тому +1

      Price wise the K5 is certainly the more expensive helmet. The biggest difference is going to be in build quality, as the shell of the K5 is a carbon fiber and fiberglass mix compared to the I70's shell which is made of polycarbonate. The K5 will also be lighter thanks to its material. Is there anything specific you want to know about?

    • @Championhelmets
      @Championhelmets  5 років тому +1

      Hi, that is a tough question. The RPHA 70 and i70 have good quality for their price points but the RPHA 70 will obviously be bit better overall. I think the main concern is budget though because the price and quality ratio is pretty consistent at HJC. Which one are you leaning more towards?

      @IRogueShadow 5 років тому +2

      Champion Helmets . Thanks for your reply, I was leaning more towards the I70. Being based on the IS17 and taking a few elements from the RPHA range sounded promising. I’m confused..,🤔 the I70 you review in your vid is shown with a chin curtain, with a pinlock anti fog insert included & a ratchet style chin strap...???
    Several other review vids & HJC’s online site show no chin curtain, antifog pinlock shield as optional & chin strap being a double Dring system.
    What gives...? Is yours a newer improved version or did HJC take those 3 features away on current production???

      The helmets that we show on our videos are as they come out of the box, except for when we add a darksmoke visor. I'm not sure on your location but it could be that HJC has a separate model in your location than that from Europe, where we are.

The I70's sun visor is in a more comfortable position along the bottom of the helmet, though it's made of polycarbonate instead of fiberglass and scored one SHARP star lower than the FG-ST. So, the answer would probably depend on how much use you get out of the drop down visor.

The FG line is meant to be the next step up from the i70, so it should be as or more comfortable.
