    • @samueldygert2840
      @samueldygert2840 4 роки тому +3

      What does that have to do with his comment..? I’m not saying that you can’t say your own opinion. I’m saying you don’t have to be rude to people for absolutely no reason. Whether or not you voted for Trump has nothing to do with it..

    • @samueldygert2840
      @samueldygert2840 4 роки тому +4

      You’re absolutely right. You do have the freedom to say whatever you want. But that doesn’t make it ok to be disrespectful to people for no reason. I stand by my original comment. All I’m saying is try to be a little more respectful to people. Just because you have the right to do something doesn’t make it, in itself, right. Anyway, this has turned into something that I was not trying to start in the first place so I’m going to stop commenting on this. I hope you have a good evening man

    I've been a huge fan of strongman all my life. I think it is so awesome to have UA-cam and be able to see them all train and learn different things for all of them. Pretty amazing they take the time to put out content. I have incorporated things from Eddie, Brian and Thor and have progressed a ton. Almost back to hitting 315 on push press. Hopefully I can eventually get to 450 on bench press as well.

    Eddie is a freaking monster. He's very inspiring to me, even though I focus more on "bodybuilding" I do care about strength, there's a raw element of power involving how strong you are, and as a man that's crucial to me and my self esteem, as well as my ability to defend myself in case of an emergency or an attack.
    Eddie is a solid mass of muscle, it motivates me a lot, struggling to beat depression. I always watch these videos for extra motivation.

    The thing is, all the guys that everybody is saying will beat Eddie's 500, are still below 475. They really are. Everybody. Jerry couldn't do a lift recently, it was i think maybe 465? Benni too can't cross 475. Thor couldn't do the 500 lift on an Elephant bar. Thor will most probably do the 500 on an Elephant bar, people will start considering it as the 500 broken. The real 500 IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ANYTIME SOON.

    • @simondean5227

      I would actually consider 500kg on the elephant bar to be more impressive than standard. If you look at Eddie, he never even got close to 500kg on the elephant bar (I think he only got 1015lbs on the elephant bar, even at his peak), but he was able to hit this on a standard bar.
