Nah,the royal marines commandos have beaten them in every competition, as well as every training exercise and all with a much smaller force, the royal marines commandos are a deadly fighting force, moreso than the US marine corps (which was actually originally modelled on the royal marines commandos!)
I agree, the weakest link is the political command, thank you for your service and for your families service, I wish I could serve but I am medically ineligible for all branches of the UK military, however I was a medic for the red cross and then the ambulance service (HART) but had to retire early due to burn out and injury/illness related to a major incident!
@@jakedovey7488 I twice said no, thanks to that, the first when they needed a replacement for Bob Nairac, the second when, having seen what Tier One competence means on the ground, Dom Cummings sought to find more in the Dole queue. You can't keep that skillset down, so I ended up a civvy in a Staff Colonel slot in the European CFSP team for 20 years. Along the way I kept coming across the Spook community, which is thriving.
Wow that's cool, I must admit as a HART medic I did a fair bit with the special forces, bomb squads, royal marines fleet protection group and royal engineers CBRNE reconnaissance team and a few others I can't discuss, on training exercises but also for major incidents of various types!
Old Video, USMC hasnt had tanks in some time.
Ah, my tax dollars in... action!
It beats giving our money to "newcomers".
Without that training you would not have the feedoms you have. And yes 💯 spend it on us.

@@jakedovey7488 Well, the SBS draw from them. My family's been RN/RM since 1760, I was courted by the SAS, but the weak point's the political command.
