I recently got thi s tray. I have found even oil based pens don't work that well. I mixed tiny amount of colour into left over resin(very small amounts) and filled in that way for the santa,tree etc. Lettering I painstakingly filled with the pens,then put a clear coat with tiny bit of glitter then I filled mold with white back. Never thought about red & green!Time consuming but a nice Christmas eve tray. I made 2 which I will be sending to my great Niece & Nephew in the UK. My Christmas present to them. Thanks for the ideas.
