Love this Dayle! So many memories made which will be with you forever (& me). I nearly bought a Horizon when I went to Paris - I liked the Grey Damier Graphite (of course I loved grey! 😂). I bought the Chanel 19 in Denim instead which I don't regret but I do want a Horizon at some point - I agree that it can encapsulate a life lived. Love ya! 😘

Was in LV earlier today, thinking the same thing about the wide luggage handle and wondering about how to best stack the personal item. The SA suggested using the small leather strap with the snap (the one that holds the handles together) that some of the LV pieces have, so maybe it's as simple as getting a leather strip with a snap button?
