Anamorphic Krasnodar (Freewell Anamorphic Lens for iPhone Cinematic Footage)

This video was shot on the Freewell 1.33x Anamorphic Blue Lens on for iPhone. The lens comes in two versions Gold and Blue. I'm using the Blue version for this video.
The aim of the video is to show you what type of footage you can expect if you buy this lens. Edges are quite blurry but center seems to be sharp enough. Overall, I would much rather buy an anamorphic lens for my full frame camera, however for a lens that only cost $130, and gives you this look is totally worth it. Especially for social media platforms.
Some people love Anamorphic lenses, some hate them. Personally I'm in the middle. While I love the wide angle look, the horizontal flares looks unnatural to me.
I'm very impressed with Freewell. Their products are very high quality and very easy to use. If you're a mobile filmmaker, then you should highly consider their products for your kit.
One problem I faced is that the DJI Osmo Mobile stabilizer had trouble holding the iPhone with the Freewell case and anamorphic lens attached. It would shake on the edges as you will see in some shots in this video.
So if you're planning on buying and using their system, I recommend another stabilizer that can handle more weight.
