thats almost exactly how i set up my enclosure for my iguana. except without the box inside to put tall thick branches and hung his lighting on the rail. Just got a new Russian, i will admit that i did buy her from petco. but it was because i couldn't leave her there. she was so curious when i came by her tank and followed me back and forth as i was looking thru the turtle accessories for my RES. her enclosure was a joke and i felt so bad to just leave her there. They didnt take good care of her at all and the petco employee was feeding me a bunch of crap about tortoise care and what i need to buy and what to do and what not to do.blah blah blah. but of course i knew better. thats another reason not to buy pets from them. they give you wrong info just to sell you stuff.
Hello there Carolyn from DC I have watch a few of your videos very interesting about your turtle I have my Russian tortoise about 9 years now his name is max he was at Petco it was about 6 tortoise in this container he was the smaller of all the other tortoise but he's doing very well he's so cool I live in a apartment on the fourth floor the sun be on my side of the balcony or I take him out in the grass in the middle of the day he has few more inches to grow he's do very well thank you for your videos sorry for this long paragraph enjoy your day God bless y'all Amen

Its 48x18 i bought the co co fiber, timothy hay, and found lots of smooth rocks, i washed and boiled them so there clean. Buying lights and hides this week
