This happened to us but the other woman lived with us at that time, I was very young but I knew something wasn't right. It was my mother's younger sister. My mother didn't know that I knew because I was just 3 or 4 then. Growing up I kept declaring that I forgive my aunt because forgiveness is by faith I cannot just forgive her just because I want to and because she never asked for forgiveness to my mother when they were caught in the act. All these years I kept on forgiving her. And all these years she went through hell, her husband went in and out of jail for 4 times and in almost 2 decades. But this year, when I saw her in a clan/family reunion, I said I need to act about it, because the Bible says faith without action is dead. So while we were praying before leaving the place, inakbayan ko sya while I was praying a different prayer for her, I said "Father God, I forgive and release my auntie from the curse of what she's done to us." It was a turn around to us at that point. It's all because of God's grace and mercy, all because of His love.

Just a person became religious doesn’t mean she change for good. Deep inside the person who did you wrong knew she did you wrong . I really appreciate Dina Bonnevie because she is broadminded despite the fact that Coney Reyes and Vic Sotto traitored her, she contolled herself even she was hurt and mad , the holy spirit moved her to become closer to God.rather than confronting the person who is guilty.
