    Для приготовления качественного вина сначала следует отделить гребни и веточки от самой ягоды. Для этого есть специальное оборудование. А у него ветки настаиваются 7-10 дней вместе с ягодой и портят вкус будущего вина.

    2:50 I like the use of cotton cloth while pressing it. Looks neat, at least it will be much easier to clean the pressing tool later.

    We leave the skins in the wine until they sink by themselves. This means that the yeast is no longer active inside the skins and all sugars will have been converted. Then we press. Free run juice is taken and put into stainless steel tanks for settling and secondary fermentation, and the pressings will have more tannin and will be made into blends.

      Wow thank you for this is as I thought it went bad from to much heat which may be result still. I just racked to carboys for long term fermentation. I tasted
      It and it tastes like ass but actually had good after taste. Going forward even though.

      Wine goes malactic from too much contact with the air so it is important to keep air out of the equation as much as possible after the first fermentation and racking. I am old and it pleases me to impart some of the accumulated knowledge to anyone prepared to take the time to listen.

      White man made Sugar is poison, it's 2021 please wake up, select very sweet grapes and never wash your grapes so you don't get rid of natural yeast on the grapes, no water at all.

    Mah. . .sarà, ma io non farei mai fermentare il mosto in un contenitore di plastica. Botte di legno, debitamente lavata ed aromatizzata o, alla peggio, tino di acciaio inox. A casa mia si faceva così, poi ognuno fa come gli pare.

      Гледах няколко видеа от региона на грузия, русия и едно на италианец вижеещ в австралия. Всички ползваха този метод, а след като го прехвърли в стъкления буркан със маркучето в шишето с вода, това му е тихата ферментация.
