You have to play every part very slowly, make sure all notes sounds and are correct. And when you learn it in slow tempo than you can play faster and faster :)
I'm going to assume you mean the first wall of the song (the fast guitar part). What I did to learn it was practice it extremely slow. If you go online and look at sheets or even these synthesia, you can notice that the right hand is fairly simple, so you pay more attention to your left hand, then you need to put it together, and on top of that you need to increase the speed. That in itself is fairly difficult depending on your skill level and how far you want to accomplish with this piece. The key to this and most of these sections is just repetition or more specifically, muscle memory (at least for me). By playing this section over and over, I have sort of drilled it into my muscle memory as to where I don't even need to think about what notes to play, the hand motion is just natural. Also, if there are parts that are just too difficult for you, there's always the option of making the section easier by maybe removing arpeggios or even the jumps that make this section difficult, but if you are determined, I suggest practicing the left hand jumps by itself and then adding on the right hand after you get a good grip. Granted, even in this section, I mess up at least once when playing it through such as missing a note or misplaying a note, but it's always good to play in repetition at a slow pace and then gradually build speed while keeping as much accuracy as you can. It took me about 2-3 months of practicing to get to around the 1:30 mark and for the most part I used sheet music + a different synth tutorial, but this was with prior knowledge of the piece and I have already learnt a significantly easier version before attempting the actual Animenz piece. I wish you luck!
