This board looks perfect for what I want. I have a xeynx x1222 right now and this is a perfect upgrade. I was going to buy external hardware for Bluetooth and auto tune but with it built into this board plus more features! Can’t wait to order one!
Excellent video - concise and very informative - thanks! One question, can auto tune auto-detect the key from what the keyboard is playing in another channel? Or, must you specifically select key of the song at the start, which I don’t always know?
Patrick Smeraldi The key must be pre selected. You can run it in chromatic mode where it will operate under a chromatic scale (the vocalist will have to be closer to the right note than the wrong note because the wrong note will really be a wrong note, not just an in between...) :) -Mark
Excellent review, thank you. Do you have any concerns about the power cord insert point? It feels so flimsy, like something you see on cheap consumer electronics.
Interesting video. I'm a Karaoke DJ/Singer. Thinking about buying another mixer. I use a Mackie ProFx 12 which works pretty well. Looking for another mixer for my other setup
I have a pv 10at. for some reason, my line 1 to 4 have very low signals. Can hardly hear the sounds coming out from them. Anyone know what i did wrong ?
How well would this work for recording? I have a small berhinger mixer I use. And was looking to up grade since it's very basic. But I don't do much other than guitars and sometimes I have an old boss synth/drum machine i run through it.
timmy Maines the usb out is nice but if you’re looking for a recording board I’d recommend something you can multitrack out (we have sound craft mixers that allow you to record 8 tracks at a time) or just going the interface route will typically give you a better experience recording. 🤘
i just purchased the peavey 14at model....can you tell me where i want to connect my two powerd floor monitors on the mixer?..i have the mains connected and they sound great!...just need to have my monitors hooked up to this...thanks
i wondered...was also wondering why they have an XLR and a 1/4 phone....why not both the same..as i am running 2 floor monitors...so i have to have 2 different cords?
@@SpottsMusic ok..just one more question...im using a laptop for tracks..i have a 3ft cord with the pin jack on one end which plugs into the laptop and a 1/4" phone jack on the other end which i plug into one of the channels on the mixer.....when i plug into the mixer i get very little volume and alot of interference noise...maybe you can tell me what im doing wrong here...we used a yamaha mixer in the past and connected this way and it always worked fine....
I just purchased a PV14AT. My question is on the Auto Tune option. Do you have to enter the key you are playing a song in in order for it to be effective? Or is there a way to set it up where it works no matter the key ?
Sweet! Clear and concise information on the specifics of the unit and the experienced info shared is priceless. Thanks

Just got mines today. Can’t wait to hit it
Awesome Vid...Just bought the 14 (arrives Friday) will be playing all weekend with it!
Nice but short video. How can I hook a Behringer FBQ2496 to the PV10AT mixer to combat feedback.

What speakers do you prefer to run with the Peavey AT Mixer?
Can you hook a hotbox up to it? Thank you

britishinvader typically you’ll run the monitors out of the aux send (xlr or 1/4” out) and use the red aux knob for each channel’s volume.
i wondered...was also wondering why they have an XLR and a 1/4 phone....why not both the same..as i am running 2 floor monitors...so i have to have 2 different cords?
britishinvader typically with powered you can run xlr to the first monitor then xlr out of a through into the second (depending on your monitor)

britishinvader make sure you’re plugging in the middle of the xlr combo jack and not the direct out below it. :)

Wayne Bailey you can run it in chromatic mode and as long as it’s not too heavy of a setting (think robot) it works great for most vocalists.
Does this need powered speakers?
