B) Doesn't have to be asked to leave in Oklahoma unless it is from public property or a business open to the public. Can be instantly arrested at someone's home.

Oklahoma requires no signage or warning on private property that is not a business open to the general public. If the video did show that she had trespassed onto the other property, the owner could have had her arrested.

@@freshpack8928 This is not correct in Oklahoma on private property that is NOT generally open to the public such as a store. Then, yes, you must be asked to leave. If you enter onto a private person's land, they can have you arrested with no notice given. They changed the law in 2021 I believe.

Then you have the legal right to use whatever force deemed necessary to remove him... And if that means using your own personal protection... Then so be it... This Deputy had every opportunity to show this couple the video footage... Which he claims to prove that she was trespassing on someone else's property... That's as easy as getting his cell phone out... To show them the proof off of his phone... That's very simple... Without him going to these crazy lengths in treating an elderly couple so badly... The Deputy is a tyrant... If they were both armed at the time... He would have acted very differently... And we all know why too... He should've treated them with the respect they deserved.

They piss themselves to get the paperwork done, even when it's not required. It's on his body cam she identified herself and he verbally issued the trespass and the video could be shown to a court if necessary.

The problem when you're illegally arrested is finding a lawyer to take your case. The next issue is money. Lawyers aren't cheap. That's why nothing is ever done about these tyrants.

@@kingkris4119 There is no need for a warning from private property in Oklahoma, unless it is a private business open to the public. The owner can have you arrested immediately. The law was changed in 2021, and there are good breakdowns from lawyers available on UA-cam. It is important to know what the law actually says in each state and not just rely on a belief that each state has the same requirements.

"Detained for your attitude" by his OWN admission. That's a police officer admitting to committing a felony on camera. I really hope whoever is involved does whatever they can to ensure criminal charges are filed against him. 18 USC § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law. This is a clear cut case. The case with the wife is arguable, but there was NO excuse to detain the husband. He didn't even try to pretend he had a legal reason to do so. He knows there is no accountability.
