I'm 34 and started playing this year after not playing for 18 years, feels good and definitely worth while. Admittedly I've played indoor for that entire gap, but nothing compared to running outdoor. Anyway, as they say if something is available for one man, it's available to all.

I finally started playing in a near ground 2 years ago at age of 33. Then slowly with help of youtube I learnt controlling ball in air, power shoot , fake shot and all. I am 35 year old now and want to learn new things in this beautiful game. I think any age person can start playing football if he is fit enough .

Your knees (and maybe hips) will tell you when you are too old. In my late 30s I still play regularly with people 15-25 years my junior. I also referee and played collegiate and semi pro. I'm lucky to have never had a significant injury but I'll probably need knee replacements in my 60s (knock on wood)! Covid lockdowns were the most significant hurdle to my fitness I've ever experienced. I gained 10lbs and lost fitness. I've lost the weight and spent this past 18 months trying to get back to pre pandemic fitness (90 minutes regularly) but some things go away with age. And the kids keep getting younger and faster. Being 5'10" 160lbs-ish is definitely keeping me on the pitch in the shadow of nearly 40 years on this earth.

Before watching... I’d say it depends on the level you’re shooting for...
English premiere league, breaking in at 25 is pretty old.
MLS you can still get in, in your mid 20s.
USL you can get in, in your mid 30’s.
Most semi pro leagues, maybe late 30’s depending on where your coming from.

I know this may be discouraging but there is such thing as overtraining and over playing when you are younger. It affects the joints for one thing. Another contributing factor is body weight. The more weight you carry even when you are young, the more stress your joints have to take and they don't last as long. You may feel fine when you are young, no injuries no pain, but you pay the price later. That being said, on the flip side, it's helpful to maintain an active lifestyle when you are younger. Lack of exercise in your younger years will mean your stamina, endurance and strength will also deteriorate faster in your older years. There must be balance, not too much and not too little.

Is it harder to get noticed as a girl? Because I am 13 nearly 14 and started playing for a local team about 1 and 1/2 years ago, but I didn’t get treated the same as I am a girl playing for a mixed team I didn’t get the ball very much and people didn’t pass

so I haven't played for a team since 2005 or so and over the past years I have rediscovered my passion for football again and made me start playing football to work out but I feel like I wanna try out for a team or something but I dont know how to test myself how good I feel fitness wise ... I am 30 and is 5'7 230+ pounds been working on weight loss journey but I struggle with confidence now and then cause of my past due to trauma of situations back in the day.
How can I somehow get back into Football?

Yes there is definitely a chance. You are lucky to be at a club that is in the third division. Don’t take it for granted is all I’ll say. Good luck🙌
