Looks so easy except you forgot to mention the 20 tiny screws that need to be unscrewed from the bottom hinge before it can be cut, and then put back into place after cutting. Taking these screws in and out took more time than the rest of the installation. You also didn't mention that you should take your length measurement once the top guide rail is installed. I measured the door frame first and then cut the door accordingly. Once I put the guide rail in the door wouldn't fit since the rail takes up almost another inch of space in the door frame.
The person being videoed did remove only one, one example bottom screw before cutting beginning at 1:24, rather than showing removing 20 screws, or more. I guess the video director didn't want to show how to remove all screws and then replace them back. That would be counter productive to making it look easier and quicker. I think these info videos were not edited by an end user friendly video editor. Including measuring the top guide rail to measure the length did come to mind while I was watching this video. That's good of you to have caught that detail and posting it. A professional videographer would also have changed the script to include mentioning the removal and installation of all bottom screws before and after cutting takes place.
I ordered 2 doors. I didn't get a lubricant tube in either of the hardware kits. I suppose the voice mentions alternately using Petroleum Jelly just in case the packers forgot to include lubricant tubes in the hardware box.
It seems no company rep checks this page. No magnetic strike plate included, and not shown on parts list. Can barely hear the video, even at full volume, Included instructions need to be larger to show better detail of channel tracks.

I need to move and reuse this door. How do I disconnect the doors from those plastic side anchors?
