Fresh Crops Ltd boost production of certified potato seeds in Mau Narok

In a bid to boost potato production among smallholder farmers, a leading potato seed company in Nakuru County Fresh Crop Limited has leased 350 acres at Purko Sheep Ranch to multiply potato seeds.
This will bring down the cost of production. The certified seeds have been approved by Kephis. The company has employed over 100 workers. It is working with farmers groups and cooperatives in the region.
