Navy's defensive gameplan seemed like it was lifted from what Wisconsin did. This sort of ultra aggressive attack should be vulnerable to rocket and the short passing game. I feel like Monken didn't call a very good game.

They ran a lot of sweeps and jets. It appeared that they were not confident attacking the low-number gaps.

Navy seemed like they were blitzing up the middle every play. If Navy was playing man to man then I think Army would have been willing to try to attack the interior.
