    Love this. I'm not a great kicker (I sit all day for work, which locks up my hips) but I feel confident with my punching and low kicks, so these combinations feel like they would work really well for me. Dope stuff!

      Get your quads some deep tissue massage mate. Sitting shortens the ligaments and tightens your quads.

    What is that black fellow doing with his short blocks. When doing drills you dont short block because you dont want to give youre partner a injury

      He likely talking about he keeps blocking for the drills which you can hurt your parners shin especially checking w/ the knee like the guy keeps doing which was annoying me too btw unless he told him to block other wise just let him show the drill.

      @@NickRHT Nonesense. I don't think he needs to block in this demonstration either, but having you shin blocked is only going to condition it, unless you're kicking with full power, and in that case your partner is gonna block anyway. We block in Muay Thai drills all the time. That's just standard Muay Thai.

      nothing wrong with blocking during drills if that's part of the drill. and you block kicks in shin pads all the time during training. you're going to have to do it with bare shins in a fight.

      if you mean the one to the back leg, it's good because it's more unexpected and usually the back leg is less conditioned.
