Back in 1973 when I was a senior in high school I had a blue 1960 four sport fury with a 383 high performance for speed and on the console shifter it had a large 5 or 6 in diameter tachometer that you guys never even mentioned.
I have been watching for years. I have never commented before. I just want to say that the whole cast, especially Mark our very entertaining. Thank you for everything. I love cars. especially some MOPAR models. Regards, Jimmy
Somebody needs to get this Tony guy in a luxury hotel suite for a week all expenses paid .Then turn on the camera and start asking questions about early Mopars what this guy knows will be lost forever unless documented and everyone will just be grifting their shit
I rescued my '64 fury 318 poly 4 door sedan after it had been in a field for 25 years. Wasn't looking for a car but when I saw it advertised purchased on a whim. The reason I continued to rehab the car is not many of the sedans are left and I've only seen a '63 once on the road in Phoenix. It is good solid transportation but does need to have a/c for summers.
awesome episode! I cant wait to see more of the 64 Sport Fury. I have two 64 Sport Fury's that are 426 street wedge/4 speed cars that I am working on, and would love to learn more about them.
Tony is the grand master of mopars , Mark has to realize that its not shameful to learn from your friend.
