On the plus side, maybe SS:KtJL lost them so much money they fold or at least sell the nemesis system.

Just for comparison ETS2 had 33 to 40K players at peak daily during last month. This is more than a decade old niche game.
SSKTJL during May 2024 had only one day with above 200 players at peak.
EDIT: a delisted Avengers game has more players 😝😝😝
