This was a brilliant lesson - really feeling like Im getting it now. By stretching out the legs and arms and lengthening Ive found much better balance in the standing balance postures. Thank you so much, Namaste xx
The instruction to keep the feeling and positioning of mountain pose throughout the other poses has really increased my strength in each of them. Thank you!
The advice on the previous day about the back foot was really helpful today - I liked the phrasing and explanation of it. I also really was helped by the explanation to ‘smooth the fabric’ of the shoulder and arm - it helped me visualize and improve.
Stacy looks like an elegant swan walking feet forward to the front of matt. I look like a primordial creature crawling out the ocean for the first time!
Hi Tim!! Great video! I’ve started to notice that I don’t feel so tired anymore when doing the vinyasa, which is great!, it means that I am getting stronger everyday. I’ve also noticed that even though we’ve been working mainly on the core throughout the challenge, my hips are more flexible and open. I still have to keep working on my chaturanga though. Thank you very much!! :) Greetings from Dominican Republic!
Hey,one of the best part of my day when I start to practice with U:) Thank you! It's cold and windy in Hungary as well...but its normal here:) Have a great day! :)
This was really fantastic! I am learning soo much about the background of the poses👌🤗. The way you explain makes it somehow easier to do the poses correctly. At least it feels that way😂😂Thank you both!
Great video again! The workshop video yesterday made me change the way I practice my Plank. It seems like I wasn't lifting my pelvis enough (not that I used to let it hang breaking my back either!) but it seems like lifting my pelvis just a bit helps me to draw a stronger line from my heels to the top of my head. Of course, it really helps when it comes to do Chaturanga. Thanks!
Thanks Tim, surrender has been my theme this year. I can have a strong will, but still bend towards things I encounter in opposition. If I cannot bend, how can I expect others to do the same? Thanks for the practice, just what I needed.
This is, more or less my "daily". But I can assure you Tim did not "steal" it. Pure coincidence. But in another way it proves why I am such a big fan of him.
20/11/22 done this morning 😀💪🏾🙏🏾. I've finally mastered the vinyasa (plank - chaturanga - upward - downward dog), I lacked the upper body strength. Thanks Tim for your cues 😄😸🙏🏾. I'm a happy student 😀
Another great work out Tim and Stacey. I do think your explanations are of significant benefit to understand which part of the body needs to be working and when. Just a thought, if you could vary the leading leg ie go left leg first sometimes, the left side will get the benefit of the extended pose as you explain further so that I do not Only develop flexible, but Thor like, features just on my right side😆👍🌻🌈 Great session though💪
My intention is to be as strong and flexible as I can be in order to be as healthy as I can be. I teach Jazzercise and the combination of yoga and Jazzercise are great for improving strength and flexibility and slowing the aging process. I was getting some overuse injuries and yoga helped to reduce them. I have also had some health issues and being in shape has helped so much with my recovery. Also - I eventually want to get into the cool poses, but I can be patient in making sure I have appropriate form. I also want to improve my balance.
Hi Tim maybe you could not hold the difficult poses for quite so long when you're explaining something - this is never a problem for Stacey and Co. but for us mortals it is! Loving your work down here in summery New Zealand :)

It's an unusually cold and windy day in Houston today also. Hello to Hungary!

Absolutley GREAT practice. And Keep the cheesy Dad jokes coming!
Tim when doing a forward lunge with your knee down or warrior 1,should you hips be parallel or tilted slightly?
Great class! But, talking about being cold....you should drop by Montreal to feel what cold is really all about. Regards from -22 degrees.
I agree 100%, awesome class and it is super cold here in Montreal, feeling warm after that class :-)!
Beautiful day here in Auckland 😁
2 nights ago, -39 C with wind chill -52 C!! in Timmins, Ontario
great and unexpected "dad" joke with the Brad Pitt... ha! good flow, good challenge. thanks Tim!
Tim you are so lucky that you have cute dog Olli.
Is it no a normal for the ankles to hurt a tad when doing all them poses as you end up in eagle?
When I go on warrior 3 I tend to sink into the right hip. How can I strengthen that so I don’t have the feeling of collapsing into it?
😊👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏻
