  • Today I talk about amalgam filling removal and how I'm preparing for my procedure later this week. Read my blog post here: www.deliciousob...
    I had not planned on blogging about my experience, but I got so many requests from readers that I put this video together to discuss my strategy. I hope the information is helpful.
    Please always remember that everyone is different, so what works for me may not work for you! Find a knowledgeable practitioner and dentist to work with before getting your amalgams removed.

      +Jessica Espinoza | Delicious Obsessions Can I ask about a Technique that some Holistic Dentist use Air Abrasion. Using crystals like particles to remove the filling. I see it contains ( Aluminum Oxide ) is that safe? obviously I will be doing Heavy Metal Removal. Aluminum Oxide, what are you thoughts on this Air Abrasion Drill less Procedure?

    I have been waiting to do this for a few years now. Yes, I had to get in the right mind set - the Lord Jesus helped me with this.
    What I really had to come to terms with and accept is the fact that I just might lose a couple of molars. Maybe more.
    I have accepted this and will take partial dentures if need be.
    This TOXIC mercury has to go!
    Thanks for this very informative and helpful video. ❤️

    My biggest hurdle is financial. How did you (or anyone in the comments) finance this, if that's not too personal a question. I'm looking at going to Mexico (biological dentist), the cost here is too prohibitive. I feel stuck.

      Hi S Rhodes! Thanks for watching! I'm sorry you felt it took me so long to "get to the point". I had a lot of info to cover in this video based on questions I had been asked over and over again about the whole amalgam filling prep and removal process. I hope you found the info you needed helpful. Best wishes on your healing journey! :)

    How long did you have yours? An did it hurt getting them out?

      Derrick Witherspoon Sorry for the delay in replying! I have had mine since I was a kid, so they are at least 25 years old if not more. It was completely painless, as they administer Novocaine to numb any of the areas they are working. Since they have to drill into the tooth, it could be quite painful without numbing, though I know a couple brave souls who did it without Novocaine! I think I'm too big of a wuss for that! :)

      +Delicious Obsessions I'm trying to find more information about having my amalgam removed without Novocaine...could you point me in the right direction? Do you know of any alternatives? So glad I found your channel!! Thanks!

      @Deliciousobsessions  8 років тому +1

      Hi *****! I personally don't have any info on that. I do not tolerate pain well so there is no way I would ever have attempted it. I am pretty much a wuss when it comes to dental work. ;)
      I would recommend checking out the IAOMT site: iaomt.org/. They have info on there about safe removal and how to find a dentist in your area.
      Hal Huggins was one of the leading experts in amalgam fillings and safe removal, so I'd recommend reading through his site: www.hugginsappliedhealing.com/.
      Dr. Mercola also has a TON of articles on the topic on his site: mercury.mercola.com/
      Hopefully that can get you started. Once you find a trained dentist(s) in your area, you may want to give them a call and see if they could help as well.

      Hi there! I am doing really well! Hard to believe it's been 3 years. TIme flies by! :) I'm super thankful that I didn't have any serious side effects from the removal. Other than some fatigue and brain fog everything went smoothly. Thanks for stopping by and asking!

    • @diociharesibelli2547

      Jessica Espinoza | Delicious Obsessions may I ask how long the side effects lasted?

    • @Deliciousobsessions
      @Deliciousobsessions  6 років тому

      []Xanalimarie[] The increased fatigue lasted a couple months but it's really hard to know if this was completely the cause. I have multiple autoimmune/inflammatory conditions that come with a lot of fatigue too. But it resolved and forced me to take some much needed down time. 😄

    hi,how many amalgam fillings you had ?

    • @Deliciousobsessions
      @Deliciousobsessions  5 років тому

      Hi Maurizio - Thanks for stopping by. In regards to this specific removal, I had 3 fillings total. But I had many others (probably 4 or 5) that were removed in the early 2000s before I ever knew anything about safe removal.
