Cool video, want to correct a few things about Las Vegas Muni. I was born and raised in Vegas and grew up playing that course along with every course you mentioned...Muni IS the oldest course in Vegas...Jim Colbert didn't design it he was a managing partner in the 80's and on was on the PGA Tour at some point. I used to watch him practicing there when I was teenager. Also Rhodes Ranch is par 71 now after the redesign a few years ago...they changed a par 5 into a par 4 on the front 9 to build more houses. I've played every course in Vegas countless time except for a few of the country clubs as I've been playing twice a week forever. I know non-resident rates are higher if you are visiting...but Las Vegas Paiute is incredible. So is Mountain Falls out in Pahrump...both have their own water well and no water restrictions so they are always in great shape. Both are worth playing for 125 or less...as is Reflection Bay at Lake Las Vegas. That course is an incredible Jack Nicklaus design masterpiece and is on the low end price-wise of resort courses. Unless you wanna spend hundreds avoid Rio Secco (which I used to play for 35 dollars years ago) Cascata and Bali Hai. You guys also didn't mention Chimera (formerly Tuscany) which was designed by Ted Robinson who did Rhodes Ranch. I believe non-resident is under 100 at least in the afternoon and much cheaper of course if you live here and is SUPER playable. Club at Sunrise is cheap and grew up playing it when it was Winterwood GC and the Desert Rose...but most serious golfers don't go there because of the drainage ditch the runs through the course. If you hit it right on almost any hole it's gone unfortunately and it has experienced some erosion over the years. Also Desert Pines is under 100 but super tight layout..it's cool though when it's in good shape.

Problem with the budget courses is the grass is rockkk hard. I live here for 7 months, hoping I could golf great year round.. Can't wait to move to Florida in a few months

@@nicholascherry5962 try Angel Park or Rhodes Ranch, I’ve never had that problem with those courses.

It’s a good list but I would’ve swapped out painted desert for Paiute!

Great suggestion. We may need to do a Part 2! 😁

From Nor-Cal. Been coming to Vegas the past couple years for golf trips with friends. We’ve done Bali Hai and The Wolf at Paiute. Last month we went back to Paiute (Snow Mtn) and Bears Best. Enjoy these suggestions. Angel Park (Mtn Course) looks like a lock for the next time. What are your thoughts on Reflection Bay and/or Rio Secca?

@@sean_scarbrough Both are really solid options! If you play Reflection Bay, be sure to check out Sonrisa Grill, they have a pretty great AYCE taco special on Tuesdays.

Paiute, Revere, Arroyo, Siena and Mountain Falls, all if these are under $100.

It’s criminal to talk budget golf in Las Vegas and not have Club at Sunrise on it!

Neither of us is a big fan of that course and we wanted to keep the video positive. Nothing against it, I just have to drive past multiple courses I like better to get there. 🤷‍♂

@@Moving2LasVegas Key word in your thumb nail is Budget! None of these courses are really budget! Plus Coyote Springs is what 40 miles away? Strange criteria for the word Budget! Plus Painted Desert should come with a disclaimer about the cart path to warn people with forged irons! Stay as far away as possible unless you want new irons!!
