Been having fork hits, thru thru forks style. Happens when I go from bare eyes to safety glasses. I am changing my anchor point unconsciously. This video helped me see that and adjust. Very helpful, Thank you.

hi good vid real all you show.
I like to shot with a mixed technique:
TTF
up right hammergrip
keep the pouch position the same always (same pull+same anchor point (I use my mounth as reference to keep bands height always the same)
keep my neck straigh up
keep my pulling arm´s elbow high
catch the pouch only with two fingers keeping my littel finger up
The key of all the above is to repeat the position the same always.

Now I put the fork centered to the target and shot I don´t aim or take reference is like my brain know which is the right position (trainning).
I use do a "brain control" pouch position+looking target and release.
Perhaps my explanantion is no very clear but to sumarize:
keep the position of pouch always the same
build up your "instintive shooting" TRAINNING
And last keep shooting with the same setup bands/pellets.
