I bought myself the pink 🩷 plastic April brewer from a Canadian retailer (Rogue Wave) but I had to get the black ceramic shipped over seas and it has become my favorite! I prefer the dimensions and the small filter, I find it interesting that the base diameter is quite different but the brew time is comparable!
Recipe 🎄 Dose 15g - 260g Pour (1:17) 0:00 Open 100g (60 Circle + 40 Center) 0:40 Close 100g (60 Circle + 40 Center) 1:20 Open 60g (Circle) --> Close After Pour 2:00 Open Normal Filter (Sweetness, Complex, Structure) 2:30 Open Sibarist Filter (Juicier, Cleaner, Lighter, Tea Side)
Absolutely love the ceramic and glass april brewers, even picked up the matte black ceramic one you guys released a while back. Hoping there will be a version of the Hybrid April that has no plastic parts in contact with the water at all - that‘d be a first on the market, as the Hario Switch doesn‘t have that either. Will pick one up in no time if you guys can make that happen 🙏🏼

Can't wait to test out the April Hybrid Brewer with Sibarist Filters 🥰🥰🥰
@@youngjunkim7 let us know how it works out!
Will definitely be grabbing this once it releases and have it shipped here in Canada. The plastic version reignited my interest with pour overs
Hario switch?

Glad you like the previous versions. Do you have any favourite recipe to recommend?
I agree. But there are actually plastic free steep and release brewers made in Taiwan called Aurli Purion 360 / U360
Nice color of the shirt! man
Hope I can buy it at WoC Jakarta.
So you guys prefer a steep at the end of the brew, rather than at the start?
thats been tetsu kasuya's method for a while
Exactly. In our experience it provides a higher flavor complexity.
@@coffeewithapril That makes sense. Thank you!
I noticed it on the webshop a week ago but then was removed. Assumed it was sold out or pulled until I saw this video.
That's well spotted. It's produced in limited amounts so it sold out. The next batch will drop in January.
@@coffeewithapril Juuuust checking, you do mean Jan 2025?
