It's unrealistic to expect success in the long term from a manager who lacks tactical acumen and overemphasis or relies on disciplining players.
The fervent praise directed towards a manager perceived to lack essential football management skills by Manchester United fans have made me to realize that they are the most confused fan base I have ever seen in my entire life so far.

@@mimikolomamu because we already have young players on the pitch and we are struggling, let alone bringing in another in Amad. There’s obviously reasons for it and I trust the managers judgment. You do honestly expect Amad to save our season? I know you’d like him to and so would I but it’s down to the experienced players to get us out of this mess, you can’t just lump everything on the young lads. If the team wasn’t decimated with injuries then Amad would get more chances cos the conditions would be better for him. Sometimes you have to protect young players till the time is right for them.
