At 11:10, the top part of the signal indicates that if enabled, you are going to go through a switch (meaning reduced speed). In other coutries its much more common to see aspects that controll the speed of the train, like in germany with the Ks or H/V systems or the polish or hungarian signalling.

With the lag, SCR can also lag for me at the moment, even on a 3050 and i5 10300h with 16 GB DC ram.
It's probably something with SCR itself.
And those 5 lights are for points, to tell you if you're continuing on the "main line" or branch off of the line.
At CH, they mean that you're going to SV if not lit, and lit means Beechly/Willow

Also my specs are OC AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 12-core, rtx3070ti and 32 GB DDR4 RAM, and yeah, optimisation on SCR isn't the best!
