All hands are on deck at GH as they try and get through the power outage unscathed.
Writer screwup alert!!! Audrey is supposed to be on vacation with Steve, which is why Rick is acting Chief of Staff. So why is she on set??? HMMMM?

Noah is the only summoned doctor unaccounted for. Rick tells Jessie to "stay on him" until he responds to her page. The dashing young doctor is being defiant. Bobby nudges him and he (reluctantly) does the right thing. Generator power is running out. The service workers needs to take down the backup power in order to switch over to full electricity. The GH staff brace themselves for a possible blackout.

Actually, I noticed in another video that Steve got called away to a medical conference. So he and Audrey did not go on vacation, hence Audrey helping out in emergency.
