I love seeing the enterprising spirit in the USA. Everyone having yard sales. In the Toronto region of Canada, yard sales and church sales are not as common anymore. Even flea markets are few and far between now. Growing up in the 80s though, it was common place.
My mom, brother and myself do a Christmas open house for the community. Instead of buying gifts for each other we do this for the community. We put up our Christmas display inside and out. We have Santa here and serve refreshments. It's all free and we put up over 70 Christmas inflatables. We try to add something new every year. We love doing stuff free for the community.
Do you check the CDs before you buy them? I find that many are missing, the wrong CD, or scratched up. I wouldn't think it would be worth it for a reseller to spend a lot of time on this, but as an end user I look pretty carefully, even if they only 25 cents. Would you recognize a $$$ CD?
Your negotiating skills are exemplar. A sure sign the seller is asking too much; they hover around Kevin and pitch the items quality and Kevin responds to their price by saying OK and just walks away.
@@CommonwealthPicker this is going to seem forward but as a child I had a feivel stuffed animal that I would take in to comfort me through a lot of surgeries. I have been looking for one for years. If you ever come across one I would pay whatever you ask. I’m a parent of two children now and I want to show them a peice of my childhood I lost some 30 years ago.

Who needs a fanny pack when you have a large hand bag?
She was a hoot!
Kevin grabs CDs of the music that he grew up with and bundles them up and sells them in his booths
What was the vintage stereo in the garage at the first house???
Watches from El Nido
Just FYI…you can spot bleach stains on white shirts…then put through the washing machine by itself…and voila the stains should be gone
How do you figure out what cds to buy? You just grab them and never seem to look them up. Please let us know, if not in the comments, on a video.
Wish i could afford the RV but i'm sure they want top dollar... :)
Could you talk about how you ship the item like the scare crow? Just curious
I often do on the Commonwealth Flipper Channel.
You're such a dude. 😅 Don't take that wrong. I love your content. Cheers, friend.
