The most glorious day of my life was when I said the Jesus Prayer all day. I said it gently once or twice a minute, interrupting my useless, ruminating thoughts. I felt a very deep peace of God blanket my whole being by day's end. It was no doubt to encourage me in the practice....(which I didn't). I'm grateful for this video as a much needed reminder! I've begun again today. Thank you Jesus. 💜

God's consolation confirmed He was hearing my prayers.
The motive to continue is love and gratitude, even in dryness with no future consolations. He knows what we need and when we need it.
