Ingredients:
For Raita
Mint leaves (पुदीना) - handful
Coriander Leaves (ताज़ा धनिया) - handful
Garlic cloves (लहसुन) - 4nos
Green Chillies (हरि मिर्च) - 2 nos
Salt (नमक) - a pinch
Black Salt (काला नमक ) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Curd, thick (दही) - 1 cup
Cucumber, small (खीरा) - 1 no
Mustard Oil, optional (सरसों तेल) - 1 tbsp
For Stuffing:
Soyabean (सोयाबीन) - 1 cup
Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
Cumin (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
Crushed Coriander Seed ( कूटा साबित धनिया ) - 1 tsp
Green chillies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2nos
Ginger (अदरक) - 1 inch
Onion(प्याज़) - 1 no
Carrot (गाजर) - 1 no
Boiled Potato (उबला आलू ) - 1 no
Salt (नमक) - to taste
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)-1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी ) - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Garam masala ( गरम मसाला)- 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder (अमचूर ) - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
For Dough:
Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा ) - 2 Cups
Salt to taste (नमक)
Water as required for Semi Soft Dough
