Thank you so much from my heart. I needed this conformation of my understanding of Daniel chapter 9 of which the Holy Spirit revealed to me recently. This is so against the present doctrines and traditions of men that I was reluctant to share it, but when I introduced my understanding within a local bible study, I received a phone call from the leader that I was causing confusion and division among the body and asked not to return. This understanding was so foreign to me that I wasn’t confident in standing firm of this revelation, but through your in-depth presentation I am praising the Lord that those whom will seek Him diligently He will reveal Himself and the truth. Churches have no clue of what the bible teaches. Thats why they hate to be asked questions. That also goes for UA-cam teachers. My advice to you is if you want to understand prophecy. **WARNING, LONG BUT CONCLUSIVE ANSWER AT THE END** For anyone wondering who Darius the Mede was: I'd just like to affirm one of the scholars suspicions. Darius was is indeed a ruler of a region (Chaldea) under the Persian Empire. Daniel himself says in Chapter 9:1 that Darius was MADE king of the Chaldeans (which is the former territory of Babylon) which implies it did not happen on his own authority. He was made ruler by Cyrus. Also, Daniel 6:1 says; It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the WHOLE kingdom" (Babylon). Daniel is pretty clear when he establishes that these princes were set over the whole kingdom (Chaldea), not some or part of it. This is synonymous with the Nabonidus Chronicle (almost word for word). The Hebrew, I can tell you assuredly that "וּבְמַלְכ֖וּת" from Daniel 6:28, which is "and in the reign (of)", "(u) וּ" being the conjunction "and" is meant to join two things. This is why "in the reign (of)" was used twice. This definitively confirms their are two distinct reigns which were joined together. This means that Darius ruled as king of the Chaldean area and Cyrus ruled as the overall "supreme" king over the entire Persian Empire (which now included Babylon). Their reigns were concurrent but not equal (one was a supreme reign). We know Darius was a different person to Cyrus. We know it would have been someone who was very close to Cyrus and would have someone who joined Cyrus after he (Cyrus) conquered the Median Empire. That person would have also been a commander of the Median section of the Medo-Persian Army. This person was "given" power by Cyrus as it's evident that the person "receive" the kingdom (Daniel 5:31). Given this, I'm almost certainly sure that Gubaru (former name) is 'Darius the Mede' and must have had his name changed upon successfully conquering Babylon and receiving the kingdom. The evidence by scholars even corroborates that Gubaru was in his late 50's or early 60's which aligns with Daniel's words that 'Darius the Mede' was 62 (Daniel 5:31). The ancient tablets also say that Gubaru installed governors all throughout the kingdom which also align with Daniels words (Daniel 6:1). Lastly, notice that Daniel says that Darius is *"OF THE LINAGE OF the Medians"*. Notice, Daniel is not saying that Darius came directly from Mādāya, but that his ethnicity is of the Medes. This implies that Darius was from somewhere else of that area but his ethnicity was of the Medes. Very smart wording if you asked me ;) As to why he changed his name? It's quite clear - Even though Gubaru was previously governor of Gutium, Daniel makes it clear that he was of the lineage of the Medes and thus the Mede's adopt a 'throne name' when they acquire a position of ruler status. Great program as usual. You had me up until the point you explained Daniel 9:27. I dont believe that clause was referring to Christ but rather the antichrist. It says he will cause the abomination that makes desolate. Who does that, Christ or the antichrist? I stand to be corrected.
Christ confirms the covenant with the "many". God raised them with Him. Matthew 27:52 fulfills Luke 2:34. Dan 9:26-27 is about Messiah (Christ), It doesn't mention the antichrist. Compare Luke 2:34 resurrection (of "many") with Matt 27:51-53. ("Many" came out of their graves)This comes from Jer 31:15-17. Jer 31 is the New Covenant Promise. The "many" are Christ, the dead saints that slept (Jer 31:15 / Rev 7 & 14) the firstfruits, the Old Testament saints and all who come to the truth in this age (firstfruits of the Spirit sent at Pentecost). It is the144ooo children, this is the innumerable multitude who are part of the First Resurrection Ingathering at their Coming. Couldn't agree more. Seems to indicate a 7 yr treaty (with 'many' - the UN?) allowing sacrifices. Treaty broken after 3 1/2 yrs. In other words: The GREAT TRIBULATION starts 3 1/2 yrs after sacrifices start. (and lasts 3 1/2 yrs during which two witness fulfill Christ's testimony, the antichrist being a counterfeit of this) Note: in another TW presentation they say we don't know how long after start of sacrifices will they be forced to stop. So may be wrong about all this - should be careful, but really think this is an oversight and some comment regarding this by TW would be really appreciated.
What about the 3.5 years that the two witnesses testify? And where do we have prophecy saying Jesus will fulfill the last 3.5 years of His Ministry? Does it say that in Revelation?
Firstly, the 2 witnesses are in the last 3.5 years, preceeding the 1st Ressurection. They are the first to be raised, then everyone who's name is in the BOOK OF LIFE. The beast will rule while the 2 witnesses witness God's final witness. The beast kills them and they are resurrected. There are only 3.5 years of tribulation remaining. The first 3.5 years were Christ's ministry. Those who think 7 years are remaining and that they will fly away before the resurrection will be caught in a great snare. God is going to send them strong delusion so that they believe what they want. The rapture cannot come before the 2 stand back up.

Do you have a scripture that says that Jesus will finish 3.5 years after the tribulation? When is the battle of Armageddon? The 1260 days in Rev 12 is the remnant of Jacob. Daniel 9, where it says that “ he will confirm a covenant with many for a week”, why for a week? If Jesus is the one confirming the covenant, is it not an everlasting covenant? I understand that Jesus died in the middle of week 70th, did it not that week was complete with the death of Stephen?
Watching this presentation again, I noted the presenter reasoned the 69 weeks translates to 483 years and that from 457BC, it was arrived at 27AD. What I picked up on, is that about the 19th minute of the presenter then reading verse 26 of Da.9, says the 62 weeks was the consummation of 483 years,..is this a "slip"?
I agree with you that the decree Daniel talks about in Daniel 9:25a is the one issued in (or around) 457BC. As you mentioned, the 7th year of Artaxerxes's reign, he issued the decree, so after 6 years and a bit, which means you then need to substract one year from 457 ! The decree was issued in 458BC . After 69 weeks (483 years) Jesus started his ministry. Then after 3.5 years He is cut off: how does this fit Daniel 9:26b, that He is cut off after 62 weeks ? If the 62 weeks of 9:26b are the same as the 62 weeks of 9:25, He starts His ministry at the same time He is cut off ? Does not add up. Since Daniel 9:26 starts with "And", Daniel sets the 62 weeks mentioned in this verse apart from the 62 weeks mentioned in 9:25, just like the creation week: each day starts with "And" setting each day apart from the previous. So, if Jesus is cut off after 62 weeks (since the start of His ministry) it clearly is not 434 years (7 x 62), but in the week following the 434 literal days. In the middle of the next week, the 63rd week after His ministry, on a 'Wednesday', He was crucified. His ministry ends at Pentacost, 50 days after His resurrection, i.e. 7 weeks later. This makes Jesus ministry 490 days or 70 weeks in length. Another important factor is that Jesus's ministry start has to line up with Luke 3:1. It was the 15th year of Tiberias Ceasar. Tiberias officially started being the Emperor of Rome in 14AD, however, he co-reigned with his father from 12AD. The bible always counts co-reignship, see Kings and Chronicles for a number of examples of that principle. In other words, Tiberias Ceasar started reigning in 12AD, bringing us to 26AD (not 27AD) as the year of his 15th (12AD + 14 years) year of being emperor. The bible does not make mistakes and is highly accurate with prophesies. ALL witnesses described in the Bible have to add up and line up with eachother. If a theory does not fit with another passage (historic fact) in the Bible, the theory is questionable.
What I find fascinating in this day and age is the realisation that amongst other wonderful teachings Jesus teaches us how to restore our genetic health. Every living cell replication swerves our genes towards health or towards disaster. It's all done by righteous spiritual laws refined from the wild electromagnetic laws which Jesus advises us to avoid...especially if we want eternal life.
Truly, the 70th week prophecy is a remarkable one. However, I am still hung up on the 3days and 3days nights that our savior said he would be in the 'heart' of the earth. If one can accept the over 75 places in scripture where it is shown the days begin at sunrise, and Amos 8:9 taken into account, one can count the 3days and 3nights as our savior explained himself in Lk.13:32. He cast out devils and did cures as he said "today, and tomorrow, and the day following". Did he not reason like like Esther, or Rehoboam regarding 3days and nights? Consider too, that there are at least 13 other places in scripture that focus on the "third day". Aren't we to take 'all' scripture into account when studying a topic?

Thank you for your comment. The principle of a day for a year does not mean that every time the term "day" is used, we should interpret it as "year." In the case of creation, the book of Genesis uses the phrase "evening and morning" for each day of creation--pointing to literal days.
Yes, Yeshua/Jesus was crucified on Passover Day, wednesday, and the following day was a high sabbath, the feast of unleavened bread. Yeshua was risen on the 3rd day, on Sabbath, the seventh day of the week. 3 days and 3 nights in the tomb. ❤ The Law of sprinkling teaches us that we can only be cleansed on the 3rd day and the seventh day and this is a prophecy of Yeshua's resurrection from the DEAD.
If Jesus died on Wednesday, how do you explain the references to the soldier piercing His side to ensure he was dead and the breaking of the other 2 crucified men”s legs so they all died before sunset? This was because no work could be done on the Sabbath. Also a reference to the Sabbath is the scripture that tells of the women bringing spices to finish anointing his body the morning He was missing from the tomb. The gospels were not speaking of the Friday sundown to Saturday sundown normal Sabbath... Rather it was speaking of the high day that came after passover which was also called a Sabbath because all the normal stipulations that were placed on sabbat were also placed on the high day...

Tuesday: Jesus Christ ate an evening Passover meal with His disciples (at the beginning of Nisan 14, biblical reckoning) and instituted the New Covenant symbols (Matthew 26:26-28). Thursday: This was the highday Sabbath, the first day of Unleavened Bread (John 19:31; Leviticus 23:4-7). It is described as the day after the "Day of Preparation" (Matthew 27:62). Friday: The high-day Sabbath now past, the women bought and prepared spices for anointing Jesus’ body before resting on the weekly Sabbath day, which began at Friday sunset (Mark 16:1; Luke 23:56). Saturday: The women rested on the weekly Sabbath, according to the Fourth Commandment (Luke 23:56; Exodus 20:8-11). Wednesday the 14th of Nissan was the Passover , the day Yeshua was crucified , Thursday the 15th of Nissan, was the First Day of Unleavened Bread which is a Sabbath. Your right, there is no need to sacrifice anymore, Jesus Christ was the perfect sacrifice, and yes, it would be a sin for a Christian to sacrifice an animal to GOD for our sins! We are told that the Jews will start sacrificing in the near future, and the man of lawlessness will put a stop to the sacrificing of animals.
Most Jews do not accept Jesus Christ as the Messiah. For them, the necessity of sacrificing animals remains. They also do not accept or recognize what we call the "NEW" Testament. For them, only the Torah or the Tanakh is relevant. We call those the "OLD" Testament - but that implies there is a "NEW" Testament - which, for them, doesn't exist.

When Jesus died, an earthquake split the rock beneath him and when the Roman soldier stabbed him (John 19:34), His blood ran down the split into the cave below where Jeremiah hid the ark of the covenant 600 years before. The blood of past animal sacrifices was sprinkled on the east side (Leviticus 16:14) to leave the west side clean for the blood of Christ “…and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split.” Matthew 27:51 NKJV “… to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, … and to anoint the most Holy.” Daniel 9:24 “And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling,” Hebrews 12:24 “Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation [blood sacrifice on the mercy seat] for our sins.” 1 John 4:10 I believe Ron Wyatt (died 1999) was led by the Lord to find several sites of historical biblical importance, not the least of which being the cave containing the Ark of the Covenant beneath the crucifixion site. He restored the dried blood he found on top of the ark (the mercy seat) and had it analyzed and it only had 24 chromosomes, 23 from the mother and one from the father to make the baby male.
The last 3.5 years were fulfilled when Jesus sent the disciples only to the lost sheep of Israel. It ended (was fulfilled) at the stoning of Stephen when the Jews plugged their ears in the final rejection of Christ as the promised Messiah.

And the scripture was fulfilled in Hebrews 9:8 8 The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: In 70Ad Herod’s Temple was destroyed that put an end to the Old Covenant law in order to fully make way for the New Covenant in which the Saints are now the Temple of the Holy Ghost not made by hands. This is so against the present doctrines and traditions of men that I was reluctant to share it, but when I introduced my understanding within a local bible study, I received a phone call from the leader that I was causing confusion and division among the body and asked not to return. **WARNING, LONG BUT CONCLUSIVE ANSWER AT THE END**
For anyone wondering who Darius the Mede was:
I'd just like to affirm one of the scholars suspicions. Darius was is indeed a ruler of a region (Chaldea) under the Persian Empire. Daniel himself says in Chapter 9:1 that Darius was MADE king of the Chaldeans (which is the former territory of Babylon) which implies it did not happen on his own authority. He was made ruler by Cyrus. Also, Daniel 6:1 says; It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the WHOLE kingdom" (Babylon). Daniel is pretty clear when he establishes that these princes were set over the whole kingdom (Chaldea), not some or part of it. This is synonymous with the Nabonidus Chronicle (almost word for word).
The Hebrew, I can tell you assuredly that "וּבְמַלְכ֖וּת" from Daniel 6:28, which is "and in the reign (of)", "(u) וּ" being the conjunction "and" is meant to join two things. This is why "in the reign (of)" was used twice. This definitively confirms their are two distinct reigns which were joined together. This means that Darius ruled as king of the Chaldean area and Cyrus ruled as the overall "supreme" king over the entire Persian Empire (which now included Babylon). Their reigns were concurrent but not equal (one was a supreme reign).
We know Darius was a different person to Cyrus. We know it would have been someone who was very close to Cyrus and would have someone who joined Cyrus after he (Cyrus) conquered the Median Empire. That person would have also been a commander of the Median section of the Medo-Persian Army. This person was "given" power by Cyrus as it's evident that the person "receive" the kingdom (Daniel 5:31).
Given this, I'm almost certainly sure that Gubaru (former name) is 'Darius the Mede' and must have had his name changed upon successfully conquering Babylon and receiving the kingdom. The evidence by scholars even corroborates that Gubaru was in his late 50's or early 60's which aligns with Daniel's words that 'Darius the Mede' was 62 (Daniel 5:31). The ancient tablets also say that Gubaru installed governors all throughout the kingdom which also align with Daniels words (Daniel 6:1).
Lastly, notice that Daniel says that Darius is *"OF THE LINAGE OF the Medians"*. Notice, Daniel is not saying that Darius came directly from Mādāya, but that his ethnicity is of the Medes. This implies that Darius was from somewhere else of that area but his ethnicity was of the Medes. Very smart wording if you asked me ;)
As to why he changed his name? It's quite clear - Even though Gubaru was previously governor of Gutium, Daniel makes it clear that he was of the lineage of the Medes and thus the Mede's adopt a 'throne name' when they acquire a position of ruler status.

The beast will rule while the 2 witnesses witness God's final witness. The beast kills them and they are resurrected. There are only 3.5 years of tribulation remaining. The first 3.5 years were Christ's ministry. Those who think 7 years are remaining and that they will fly away before the resurrection will be caught in a great snare. Do you have a scripture that says that Jesus will finish 3.5 years after the tribulation? When is the battle of Armageddon? The 1260 days in Rev 12 is the remnant of Jacob. They are all one kairos time. Read Isaiah 11:11

Watching this presentation again, I noted the presenter reasoned the 69 weeks translates to 483 years and that from 457BC, it was arrived at 27AD.
What I picked up on, is that about the 19th minute of the presenter then reading verse 26 of Da.9, says the 62 weeks was the consummation of 483 years,..is this a "slip"?

I agree with you that the decree Daniel talks about in Daniel 9:25a is the one issued in (or around) 457BC. As you mentioned, the 7th year of Artaxerxes's reign, he issued the decree, so after 6 years and a bit, which means you then need to substract one year from 457 ! The decree was issued in 458BC .
After 69 weeks (483 years) Jesus started his ministry. Then after 3.5 years He is cut off: how does this fit Daniel 9:26b, that He is cut off after 62 weeks ? If the 62 weeks of 9:26b are the same as the 62 weeks of 9:25, He starts His ministry at the same time He is cut off ? Does not add up. Since Daniel 9:26 starts with "And", Daniel sets the 62 weeks mentioned in this verse apart from the 62 weeks mentioned in 9:25, just like the creation week: each day starts with "And" setting each day apart from the previous. So, if Jesus is cut off after 62 weeks (since the start of His ministry) it clearly is not 434 years (7 x 62), but in the week following the 434 literal days. In the middle of the next week, the 63rd week after His ministry, on a 'Wednesday', He was crucified. His ministry ends at Pentacost, 50 days after His resurrection, i.e. 7 weeks later. This makes Jesus ministry 490 days or 70 weeks in length.
Another important factor is that Jesus's ministry start has to line up with Luke 3:1. It was the 15th year of Tiberias Ceasar. Tiberias officially started being the Emperor of Rome in 14AD, however, he co-reigned with his father from 12AD. The bible always counts co-reignship, see Kings and Chronicles for a number of examples of that principle. In other words, Tiberias Ceasar started reigning in 12AD, bringing us to 26AD (not 27AD) as the year of his 15th (12AD + 14 years) year of being emperor.
The bible does not make mistakes and is highly accurate with prophesies. ALL witnesses described in the Bible have to add up and line up with eachother. If a theory does not fit with another passage (historic fact) in the Bible, the theory is questionable.
What I find fascinating in this day and age is the realisation that amongst other wonderful teachings Jesus teaches us how to restore our genetic health. Every living cell replication swerves our genes towards health or towards disaster. It's all done by righteous spiritual laws refined from the wild electromagnetic laws which Jesus advises us to avoid...especially if we want eternal life.

Truly, the 70th week prophecy is a remarkable one. However, I am still hung up on the 3days and 3days nights that our savior said he would be in the 'heart' of the earth.
If one can accept the over 75 places in scripture where it is shown the days begin at sunrise, and Amos 8:9 taken into account, one can count the 3days and 3nights as our savior explained himself in Lk.13:32.
He cast out devils and did cures as he said "today, and tomorrow, and the day following". Did he not reason like like Esther, or Rehoboam regarding 3days and nights?
Consider too, that there are at least 13 other places in scripture that focus on the "third day". Aren't we to take 'all' scripture into account when studying a topic?

Thank you for your comment. The principle of a day for a year does not mean that every time the term "day" is used, we should interpret it as "year." In the case of creation, the book of Genesis uses the phrase "evening and morning" for each day of creation--pointing to literal days.
The 70th week was fulfilled. It ended with the destruction of the temple in 70 AD.

The gospels were not speaking of the Friday sundown to Saturday sundown normal Sabbath... Rather it was speaking of the high day that came after passover which was also called a Sabbath because all the normal stipulations that were placed on sabbat were also placed on the high day...

Your right, there is no need to sacrifice anymore, Jesus Christ was the perfect sacrifice, and yes, it would be a sin for a Christian to sacrifice an animal to GOD for our sins! We are told that the Jews will start sacrificing in the near future, and the man of lawlessness will put a stop to the sacrificing of animals.
Most Jews do not accept Jesus Christ as the Messiah. For them, the necessity of sacrificing animals remains. They also do not accept or recognize what we call the "NEW" Testament. For them, only the Torah or the Tanakh is relevant. We call those the "OLD" Testament - but that implies there is a "NEW" Testament - which, for them, doesn't exist.

I believe Ron Wyatt (died 1999) was led by the Lord to find several sites of historical biblical importance, not the least of which being the cave containing the Ark of the Covenant beneath the crucifixion site. He restored the dried blood he found on top of the ark (the mercy seat) and had it analyzed and it only had 24 chromosomes, 23 from the mother and one from the father to make the baby male.
The last 3.5 years were fulfilled when Jesus sent the disciples only to the lost sheep of Israel. It ended (was fulfilled) at the stoning of Stephen when the Jews plugged their ears in the final rejection of Christ as the promised Messiah.

So there is no delay or a gap of 3 1/2 years in the Daniel 70th week prophecy I was in agreement with you up to the point where you said that there is a gap in the prophecy it was his blood that fulfilled all things.

But then in Daniel chapter 9 it says that desolations are determined and the prince of the people that is to come shall destroy the Temple and the sanctuary and this occurred in 70Ad when the Roman Army destroyed Jerusalem and the temple which brought an end to the Jewish Messianic Age.

In 70Ad Herod’s Temple was destroyed that put an end to the Old Covenant law in order to fully make way for the New Covenant in which the Saints are now the Temple of the Holy Ghost not made by hands.
So everlasting righteousness has been fulfilled through the blood of Christ and by Christ also commissioned his Apostles to spread the Gospel throughout the world.
