para madali.. 5 -------- 1.6 9-------- x 10 -------2.0 X = ( 2 - 1.6 ) / (10-5 ) x (9-5) +1.6 = 1.92 remember ang sequence ng interpolation : subtract, divide , times and plus
good explaination👍...also it is important to realize the actual configuration on ship's oil storage tank where most are odd in shape and not perfect cubes or rectangular prism where it is not easy to interpolate...more pratical way to avoid overflowing when bunkering...
Very interested but if possible because it is about the calculation of fuel oil, it is better as a suggestion to use a whiteboard, so that it is more clearly seen
sir i have a question for u suppose my bunker tank capacity is 400cubic meter and i wanna take 360cubic meter HFO. for now how can i calculate and find out the actual 360 cubic meter HFO? is it possible to use your method and find out the actual 360 cubic meter?thanks in advance.
Hi Swarup Ghosh, Thank you for the comment. Each ship has a unique sounding table. You cannot use this table to determine the sounding of your tank. The sounding table shown here is just for illustration on how to derive a quantity in cubic meter by a given sounding or ullage, but as for solving the corrective specific gravity and metric tons, you can use this method. Thanks

Tnx u sir sa malinaw na explaination,. More power po sa vlog
Super teaching in a very precise manner, Thanks for making this video. Great work 👍
Beautifully explained !
Excellent explanation!! Keep up the good work..
Very good 3rd , nice explanation 👍

Thank you sir. Well explained
Ty sir.
That's a very nice education vedio.
Can you a step by step breakdown of interpolations during fuel bunker calculations
Thanks for the comment Mr. Michael Mensah. 4:33 shows the process of interpolating of 9cm sounding.
thank you it was very useful for me
Thank you for good explanation
Super explanation sir
Very useful
Sir. Panu kpag meron trim at list? Meron ka po example caculations?
Corrected SG should be 0.9447
Part 2 were is it?
What is SG corrected and why do we need it?
Hello sir where is your part 2??
Sir where is the part two??
Sir.gd day..san po ung part 2 neto.many thks
On 06:50 you multiples 0,08 to 4. Could not understand from where did you take 4. Please explaine
Hello. You subtract 9 which is the current sounding to floor value which is 5...
@@akpvdensolartv3389thank you!
Sir Why are you using 0.00064 instead of 0.00069
sir i have a question was the o.ooo64 is a constant value?
Its the correction factor.
Sir still waiting for part 2 of this video.
John b number 1
Klarong klaro
What is 0.00064?
where does 0.00064 come from?
Correction factor depending on SG@15 °C found in the BDN.

tnx u sir,i got it.anyway sir thnx for making this types of videos.sir can u make a video of lub oil bunkering calculations? thanks in advance.
Sir d ka naman yata amerikano magtagalog ka nlang mas maintidihan kpa ng marami salamat
mahirap ser, dami din kasi foreigner nanunuod, sa tingin ko , di lang pinoy ang terget audience nya
