This is so confusing because I would often get Exotic drops from non-Named Enemies, even red bars long before TU15. The first time it happened was by the White House during the Faye Lau Manhunt recent rerun, I engaged a random roaming group of Hyena's, all red bars, and when I killed the last red bar he dropped Sawyers Kneepads. I've had all enemy types drop Exotics from enemies at Control Points and free roaming patrols to open world activities. So when they said they were going to make it so Exotics would drop this way from TU16 I was like "..but it already works like that anyways??". But since TU15 released, my Exotic drop rate has been nigh on zero. I rarely see exotics now, and haven't played enough of TU16.2 to see if there has been a change yet. Anyways, just my 2 cents. Me too, I have had them drop many times on stream, but for all the stuff that goes wrong, it’s nice when things really do work as intended 😜
