Ah, the sweet scent of fresh roasted cocoa beans!
We wanted to show you some of the beauty and craft involved in roasting cocoa beans on our old royal #5. it’s sort of a bit of roasting porn for those so inclined to be excited by the wafting scent of fresh, smoking, cocoa beans.

When I watch this, I am hit with an overwhelming sense of appreciate not just for your commitment to quality but an OVERWHELMING appreciation for the Cacao bean itself. An inherit connection. I know, to some it's just Cacao/Cocoa/Chocolate but, it's more than that. IDK but I appreciate why you do. One day soon, I too will be at a level of roasting and connecting to the ancient bean. 🙏🏿🍫
