Venus in Pisces softened a lot of my Capricorn Sun, but perhaps it is also due to my Sun conjunct Neptune in Capricorn too. It makes me more dreamy, and almost lazy than Capricorn in usual.

My Venus is Pisces falls in the 8th which I really believe saves me from getting my heart ripped out. It protects me from floating away. It grounds me and forced me to see what that person REALLY IS as opposed to the flowery words. Its a blessing and a curse. If I fall ..I'll fall hard but it almost never happens. I'm a Cap Sun and Venus in Pisces and my 3 serious relationships were with two pisces sun people, and 1 cancer sun but pisces rising person. I honestly feel like only Pisces people can understand me and give me the love I want/need. But at the same time, we have the same flaws. We get hurt too easily, stray too easily, are into escapism/drugs/alcoholism. Guess I gotta take the good with the bad!! I just feel like other signs / venus signs have too many hangups with love. Why can't they just "feel" the feelings and go with the flow? Other people have too many walls / criteria for being in love.
