  • Kinilaw na dilis is a native and famous easy to prepare recipe of the country. It is usually made as "pulutan" by some Filipinos but it is also good as viand. In our province, we add coconut milk as one of ingredients to make it more tasty and delicious.
    Ingredients:
    1/2 kg. Dilis (white anchovies);
    300 ml. Vinegar;
    150 ml. Coconut Milk (Purong Gata);
    20 pcs. Calamansi;
    2 pcs. Onion;
    2 pcs. Tomato;
    2 pcs. Red Chili;
    2 thumbs Ginger;
    1/2 tbsp. Salt; and
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper Powder.
