It might be they have finally realised mavado is a one trick pony 1) He never actually sings ,he just screeches & shouts off key ,stops & starts ,dash songs & walks up and down the stage.lets not forget his comfort blanket is surrounded himself with a overcrowded stage of non performers & hangers on He has songs but has never really bothered to improve his stagecraft during his career .Dancehall artist suffers from the eternal problem they okay in small settings with a sound system but on a live stage you have got to learn to project your voice & actually do it in tune One cannot hide behind autotune There's a thin dividing line between energy on stage & chaos on stage To be fair to mavado his cult fans are easily pleased .He had one truly great tune - " progress " but his stage performances just don't match the title of that song ..
