Sadly, we never got these little beauties in Canada. The closest that I can think of was the one year only 1989 CB400 "CB-1" which was a good little bike no doubt, but being a lower spec naked model, just didn't have the looks and pizzazz of these CBR-R models that I really lusted after, sigh. Now that I'm too old to bend and too heavy to fit these, I guess it's all a moot point even if I could try to snare a Grey Import, but I always wanted one.
My days of working on motorcycles are well and truly over. However, for me, it is always good to watch someone else doing the work. I shall watch with interest. Thank you.
Great to see your new project...I've been repairing everything since I was 14.....did an apprenticeship in repair of heavy earthmoving equipment....I'm now 69 and still find it interesting on how other people do it and never too young to learn...can't wait to see how you get on...👍👍

Love the 90s Honda imports and the CBR400, I had a CB1 400 with virtually the same sweet engine. Great new channel!
