Absolutely beautiful work, it’s such a nice blend of that classic Star Wars feel but also adds a totally new flavour, and it fits Thrawn so well! Can’t wait to listen to more
“How many bodies must I burn to rid the smell of my flesh.. How many souls must I destroy to quench my anger and thirst.. How many people must cry to drown out my own.. How many days must I go on knowing it was I that let you down.. I have destroyed Anakin I have destroyed planets I have destroyed people Just in the hope that I could forget that life Just in the hope that I could forget you But I can not for you are apart of me and I you The grave has separated you from me and thus I am cursed to walk the earth alone.. You are gone Anakin is gone I am what remains…..” - LORD VADER
I like this piece because as a musician and filmmaker this song depicts how the things vader did in order 66 are beyond comprehension, all the children he killed, you are speechless when you see such things happening, so the song is fearful and quiet at the beginning, but gets louder as it goes on to confirm sort of that, this is now who anakin has become, evil with no sense of light at the end, pure chaos and death. this song captures all these perfectly
This song gets me ptsd and gets me panic attacks I’ll explain in the basics After watching revenge of the sith I had a dream that I disobeyed order 66 and saw all of my friends and family turned into brainwashed imperials and saw my best friend who was the Jedi youngling get murdered in front of my eyes so me as a defective clone boss I searched through the galaxy to seek revenge and also tried to free my brothers and for my friends. That’s why I haven’t watched anything order 66 related since the last season of the clone wars cause I have severe trauma to this event. Y’all are probably thinking what an idiot this guy how can something fiction give someone ptsd or trauma. Just saying to you all that dream was very real I had to go to a therapist for 5 years.
@@ph4ntom_39 yeah it is insane but it’s my fault for having a very creative mind but I know it’s stupid how can something in fiction cause someone in real life so much pain and sorrow
@ph4ntom_39 Yeah, you see. Slowing these tracks down stretches the sine wave. If slowed too much, you can actually hear when the wave goes up and when it goes down. A trained ear can hear this even when a song is only slowed by a bit. And most of the time, it's annoying. And about the reverb: If you don't use a multiband reverb, all frequencies will gain it. And there is nothing more disgusting than reverb on the bass or sub bass. Furthermore, too much reverb adds unnecessary noise, and the mix will sound muddy.
Yeah believe me read my comment that I made i have severe trauma and pain and panic attacks to this song and event of order 66 y’all probably think it’s stupid and childish but just picture your brothers that you have been with since birth. And then watched them how they killed your friends and family without hesitation.

I feel like this song was made to be slowed down like this
nice
Perfect for pr

As composer I can say, please don't do this. You can't imagine how painful it is for anyone with trained ears to listen to this.
