No, its not Jeff Mills, but DJ Shipe, Croatia DJ that performed on a event (Future Scope) which starred Jeff Mills. Thats why the title says "w/ Jeff Mills" meaning WITH ;)
no, this is the DJ on the same party before Jeff, named "Shipe". i was there… for me this guy is very predictable and not exciting at all..but he is young .. maybe can improve!
