That's very very different and I like it. My plan is still a bit different. I online shop but I love brick and mortar. One of my biggest problems with online shopping is I also return items a lot. Also, brick and mortar offer socialized experiences as well as personalized experiences and I'm interested in merging such experiences with innovative technology. I think socializing is good for your phycological well being. I haven't decided on a inventory plan but I love the Nike store in Paris. I love how they merged e-commerce with the instore experience.
Nordstrom’s has a concept that’s been on for years like this! Many malls in CA as well. It enables small business owners to create a presence without the overwhelming startup costs and overhead commitment.
So I don't get it. Does the shopper actually purchase the physical products at this location? Or is this just a showroom, as a way to check out the stuff in person - then you pull out your phone and place your order ? The one guy said it's a great place to"meet people". Really? LOL I see everyone on their laptops and no one talking to each other.
I may go there and if I find nice item I would check online if there's better price. The camera will record me checking items but not purchasing huehue
A lot of hipster stores already look like that here in Los Angeles.
Never knew that spying on people could be so profitable.

So, basically a glorified Starbucks.
A great place for homeless people to relax.

TBH, I'd be ok with this if I could see what information the store has on me. Or at the very least, be able to request the deletion of my data.
No Thank you.
What about petty thief's /pilferage/ mishandling in the stores
