When you work out, how do you maintain? What’s the washing regimen?

Ooh idk if they have it stores but they sell a shorter length of this hair! I think it comes as short as 14" (I could be mistaken though)
Girl that jam don't do a THING! I used to use it for my slick puffs back in the day (like in middle school) but haven't touched it much since then
I like the invisible root method for Marley twists but everything else gotta get that braid first because the slippage is ridiculous!

I was told to keep in spring twists for a month. Is that true?
up to you and your hair !! It's been said to not keep protective styles in too long so I would take them out at the 4 week mark personally but some can go beyond that ! 6-8 weeks
