Homemade Potato Smiley / Emoji Fries Recipe || Easy Evening snacks idea for kids , পটেটো স্মাইলি

Smiley is basically a potato based snack which could be baked or deep fried with a pleasant smiley shape. And it's a popular snack all over the world specially for kids.
Today, I'm going to share this popular snack's recipe and it's a Homemade version.
You can serve this yummy, crunchy smiles as kids evening snacks with tomato sauce or mayonnaise. But Don't forget to put some fresh fruits or veggies with it.
Ingredients:
Boiled, Mashed Potato - 1/5 cup
Breadcrumbs - 1/3 cup
Cornstarch - 2 tblsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Paprika or Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil for Deep Fry
JUICE STRAW AND SOUP SPOON to shape like smiley.
***If you want you can brush little oil on the SMILES and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ℃ for about 20-25 minutes or till it turns golden and crisp.

I made this today for my kid. I was skeptical as I am bad at cooking. But this came out really nice! I used two cups of mashed potato and made 58 smilies. It was so so tasty! I kept them in the freezer.

That's extremely wholesome. Not only are you bonding & creating sweet memories with them but they're also allowing you to develope valuable life skills. I tried making this. I substituted corn flour with regular wheat flour. And the smiley was kind of sticky and would break once inside the oil. 😔. Can i know why this happens?
