Hey Noorie! I love your style and follow you since your 3rd video. Literally! (Thank you UA-cam gods for good recommendation here :)) Some constructive feedback: I appreciate that you mention sizes (as fast fashion sizes differ vastly, it helps a lot!) but so is quality of the fabrics and sewing :( Like on the first satin skirt it's obviously very terrible stitching on the front.. Frequently it's not possible to tell with the pretty lighting in the videos.. Can you also touch this subject a bit?

nooo, this zara haul is too good, but unfortunately zara's new return system sucks and they are pretending, aka lying, that they didn't receive returns and not reimbursing, aka stealing people's/my money. So can't buy zara anymore :s
I haven’t had this issue at all! That’s crazy 😩 I always keep my return receipts just in case
The same has happened to me! Zara claim they haven’t received my returns and refuse to refund me even though I’ve provided my return receipts as proof! I’m still trying to get refunds for items I returned back in Jan & Feb!!!
