    I’m a short mitt holder, 5.2 inches, so one of my beginner mistakes was holding the mitts too low for a client much taller than me. lol

    Most common mistake in my opinion is not putting any weight behind the pad !!

      Use the bag for that, you dnnt need to go full on with pads ,it's speed and eye to hand coordination that your learning 😊😊

      @@Maximumheight009 using the bag for heavy punches is good practice but not putting any weight behind the pad is bad , really really bad

      You have to coz you may break your shoulders glen is ok just learne from the best have learnt from him and everything is going well
